If the app isn't helping your family, you get your money back. 30 days, no questions asked.

How it works

• Write to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase, from the email you used to buy, or with your order number.
• We will reply within 3 business days and refund the full amount.
• The refund goes back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• After a refund, your code stops working on all devices.

After 30 days

We will still refund a duplicate charge or a purchase that never worked because of a problem on our side. Write to us and we will make it right.
